The Des Plaines Theatre is pleased to announce our weekly $1 Film Series. Join us for some family fun as we feature “UP” on our huge video wall. Concessions will be available for purchase. Doors will open at 6PM | Movie will begin at 7PM.
No tickets or reservations needed. Simply pay your $1 at the door. All seating is General Admission.
PLOT: Carl Fredricksen, an elderly widower, fulfills a lifelong dream by attaching thousands of balloons to his house and flying it to South America. His adventure becomes more complicated when he discovers an enthusiastic young Wilderness Explorer named Russell has come along for the journey. Together, they encounter exotic wildlife, unexpected dangers, and learn the importance of friendship and new beginnings.
