Yes, personal checks ARE accepted at the Box Office.

No, credit cards are accepted for food and beverages

Join our VIP club to get the first opportunity at the seats you want for the shows.

Doors open 1 hour before show time.

We do not offer discounts, and everyone must have a ticket. Theater is reserved seating for most shows.

Street parking around the theatre.  There is also several parking garages in the area.

Park once and join us at Des Pizza, located inside the theatre.  There are other local restaurants nearby. 

Unless otherwise stated, shows are all ages.

NO professional cameras or camera with exchangeable lenses is allowed. Please refrain from using a flash.  

Mon – Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 12pm to 6 PM and Sun 12pm-4pm and 2 hours before our ticketed shows. Box office stays open throughout intermission and 20 minutes past the end of the show.

Concessions are available & guests can eat and drink in the theatre during the shows. 

Our theatre holds about 700 seats – 100 balcony and 600 main floor.

It is at 1476 Miner Street in downtown Des Plaines.

No. The ticket processing fee is the same online, at the box office or over the phone.

If you are having trouble printing out your tickets you can come to the box office the night of the show and we can look them up & reprint them for you.

You can use it like cash at our bar, or in person at our box office. OR, you can call our staff members at 630-962-7000 and they will assist you in making a ticket purchase.

We typically charge $150 for a four hour message.  This fee goes towards the maintenance of the marquee. Please email marketing@oshows.com for more information.
