SUMMARY:THE BEAT GOES ON starring LISA McCLOWRY AS CHER
DESCRIPTION:More than a tribute. An Experience. The Beat Goes On goes beyond impersonation to deliver a fully realized theatrical concert experience that invites audiences inside Cher’s extraordinary life\, music\, and legacy. While the production meticulously honors her iconic sound\, style\, and stage presence\, its true power lies in the way it blends live performance with first-person storytelling\, multimedia\, and theatrical pacing—creating a journey that feels personal\, immersive\, and emotionally resonant. Rather than simply recreating moments\, the show unfolds as a shared experience between performer and audience. Backed by a live four-piece band\, each song becomes part of a larger narrative of reinvention\, resilience\, and perseverance. Dynamic costume transformations\, original storytelling\, and carefully integrated visuals bridge concert energy with theatrical depth\, allowing audiences to feel Cher’s evolution—not just remember it. This is not just a tribute to an icon; it’s an experience that reminds us\nwhy Cher’s story—and her beat—continues to go on. Featuring iconic hits like Believe\, If I Could Turn Back Time\,\nStrong Enough\, I Got U Babe and The Beat Goes On — plus fan favorites spanning six decades. \n  \nBuy Now

SUMMARY:LEE ROCKER OF THE STRAY CATS
DESCRIPTION:Lee Rocker made his mark singing\, playing\, standing on\, spinning and rocking his giant upright bass as a founding member of the Grammy nominated music group The Stray Cats. The Stray Cats sold over 10 million albums\, garnered 23 gold and platinum certified records\, and were music video pioneers of the MTV. The Stray Cats’ worldwide mega hits “Stray Cat Strut”\, “Sexy and Seventeen” and “Rock this Town” have become a part of the fabric of rock and roll. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has included “Rock this Town” as one of the 500 most important songs in rock. From the cover of the Rolling Stone magazine\, appearing on Saturday Night Live\, to headlining the US Festival and touring with the Rolling Stones\, Lee Rocker has seen and done it all. In addition to The Stray Cats\, Lee Rocker has recorded or performed with George Harrison\, Ringo Starr\, Willie Nelson\, Leon Russell\, John Fogerty and Carl Perkins. In 1982\, Rocker and his father Stanley Drucker (classical clarinetist/New York Philharmonic) both received Grammy nominations; this was something that has only occurred twice in the history of the Grammy Awards. SUMMARY:CHERRY POPPIN' DADDIES TIKI XMAS: WWII CANTEEN - DANCE FLOOR OPEN!
DESCRIPTION:In the past few years Cherry Poppin’ Daddies have become the kind of band that you would want to book if you were throwing a soiree at the Gatsby mansion. Penning elegant\, lush\, pitch perfect arrangements of much of the great American songbook\, from Cole Porter to Frank Sinatra\, the Daddies have surprised many- likely familiar with them from the early 90’s- whose limited exposure to the band undoubtedly consists of an image of spray painted vans careening across the US as an iconoclastic\, misfit part of an already marginalized punk/ska scene. The Daddies have put together a number of excellent swing/ jazz sit down theatre type shows\, each tailored to a different era of swing music: a “Jazz Age Lawn Party” consisting of roaring 20’s and Cotton Club Era material\, a swanky “Live at the Sands” type tribute to the Rat Pack\, and a World War 2 “Christmas Canteen” show that is part Tiki\, part Benny Goodman and comes across like a radio broadcast from Guadalcanal circa 1942. \nInitially rooted in the underground punk scene\, the Cherry Poppin’ Daddies made waves with their unique fusion of swing-era jazz and modern rock elements\, gaining a reputation for their explosive live performances. They burst into the mainstream in 1997 with the release of Zoot Suit Riot\, an album that celebrated the swing revival of the late 1990s. The title track became an instant hit\, propelling the band to international fame and selling over two million copies. Musically\, the Cherry Poppin’ Daddies are hard to pin down. They fluidly navigate a range of styles\, from the big band swing sound of Zoot Suit Riot to the ska-punk of albums like Kids on the Street and Rapid City Muscle Car. With roots in alternative and punk rock\, the Daddies have always pushed boundaries\, creating music that feels fresh and innovative. Their ability to seamlessly blend vintage swing with modern genres like ska and rock has allowed them to stand out in a crowded musical landscape\, while appealing to a wide variety of listeners. \nBuy Now
