DESCRIPTION:Join us in our intimate Bourbon ‘N Brass Speakeasy\, located on the 2nd floor of the Des Plaines Theatre\, for an evening of Jazz with The Bootleggers featuring Laura Lopardo on vocals! Food and hand-crafted cocktails are available for purchase. There is a $10 entertainment fee which helps us pay the performer. No RSVP required.  Seating is first-come\, first-seated.  We kindly ask for a two-drink or food equivalent minimum.  Doors will open at 7PM – Music will begin at 8:30PM.\n\n  \nThe Bootleggers are led by Joe Valentino\, who has been an active full-time musician/drummer performing locally and abroad for over thirty-five years. Joe has worked with countless musicians\, vocalists\, and entertainers performing at various venues both corporate and private\, as well as concert events. Joe is accomplished and versatile in a vast array of musical styles. Joe’s professional experience is not only as a sideman but as a band leader and has been a band leader organizing and leading everything from trios to sixteen-piece ensembles.
